We collect and verify actual, deal-level transaction records reported directly to us by brokers, appraisers, and researchers. We combine those records with critical property-level details, leaving you with lease, sale, and property comps that are recent, accurate, and searchable.
CompStak Enterprise enables lenders, landlords, and investors to access leases, sales, and market data on a subscription basis. Through CompStak Exchange, brokers, appraisers, and researchers are able to trade information about the deals in their markets for free.
