How to create a CompStak Team, view team members, and distribute credits
As a member of a CompStak team, you can access additional capabilities and benefits.
Our Team feature enables you and your colleagues to link your accounts to share a common pool of unlocked and submitted comps. CompStak Team can be used by 3-person shops to 100-person teams.
Some of the benefits are:
- More comps - share access to comps submitted and unlocked by your team
- Increased comp buying power by combining your credits with your team’s credits
- Centralized database with analyst-verified lease and sales comps
- Unlimited PDF & Excel exports for team admins for client pitches and/or presentations
- Easy transfer of comp information should any team member leave the firm
View your Team Members
If you are a CompStak Team admin, you can view all members of your team.
1. Click on your initials in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Click Account.
3. Click Team.
CompStak Team administrators can also use this screen to allocate points among team members.
Distribute credits amongst your Team
As CompStak team administrator, you can transfer credits among team members all in one place and in a quick and organized fashion.
Tip: Scroll further down to learn how to equalize credits across your team members.
1. Click on your initials on the upper right-hand corner.
2. Click Account.
3. Click Team.
4. Click the minus sign next to the name or names of the team members from which you want to subtract credits. The points accrue to a counter in the red box.
5. To redistribute the points to other members, click the plus sign next to the name or names of the team members to which you want to add credits until the number of credits in the red box goes to zero.
6. Click Save.
To equalize credits across all your team members as a CompStak Team administrator follow the steps below:
1. Click on your initials in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Click Account.
3. Click Team.
4. Click the Equalize Credits button.
5. Click Save.
