Tailor which data field columns you see in comp search results and export only the columns you need
The default search results view displays key data field columns including tenant name, starting rent, the rent schedule, and the expiration date for lease comp searches and price, cap rate, and buyer/seller information for sale comp searches.
However, we accept dozens of different data points. You can include any relevant data fields on your search results page by taking the following steps:
- Click the white 'Customize' button on the upper left of the search results page.
- Select the fields you would like to see on your search results page. Fields can include broker name, building class, etc.
The columns that you see on the search results page are the columns you will see in any Excel export you download.
