What are the TransitScreen and WiredScore?

TransitScreen rates how easily accessible a property is via public transportation. WiredScore is a rating system for evaluating the technological infrastructure of a property.

TransitScreen

TransitScreen’s MobilityScore rates how easy it is to get around, assessing all available transportation choices including public transit, carsharing services, bike-sharing services, and hailed ridesharing services.

For each mobility choice, MobilityScores account for how long it will take to start moving on it – for example, the time it takes to leave a building, walk to a subway station, and wait for a train. MobilityScores range from 0 (no mobility choices) to 100 (excellent mobility choices).

WiredScore

Is a rating system and certification program for evaluating the technological infrastructure and connectivity of commercial real estate properties. The WiredScore certification independently assesses a building's internet connectivity and infrastructure quality, helping tenants, landlords, and investors make informed decisions.

If a property has been certified by WiredScore, you will see its Wired Certification level (Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Certified) and key details from custom Wired Certification fact sheets directly on its CompStak Property Report.
