Tips for Better Results
Be Specific
- Include relevant details like location, size, rent range
- Use specific tenant names or building addresses when possible
- Mention timeframes for date-based searches
Use Natural Language
- Ask questions as you would to a colleague
- "Show me" or "Find" work well to start queries
- Combine multiple criteria in one question
Try Different Approaches
- If no results, try broader search terms
- Break complex searches into simpler questions
- Use synonyms for space types or building classes
Common Search Patterns
- "Show me [space type] leases in [location]"
- "Find [tenant name] leases over [size] sqft"
- "Give me [building class] buildings with [rent range] PSF"
- "Show me leases signed in [timeframe]"
