How to view effective rent with Market Rent Heat Map?

Explore market starting and effective rents at both submarket and property level with the Market Rent Heat Map. You can edit the map view by changing filters by property type, result view, metric, and unit.

To adjust the Market Rent Heat Map view:

1. Navigate to the dashboard tab Market Rent Heat Map section
2. Click Settings in the lower-left corner of the map
3. Apply filters to create a custom view. E.x. Property type - Industrial or Office, Metric - Starting or Effective Rents
4. Explore the new view!
