Some data fields are required, while others are premium and earn you extra credits. **How to Earn Credits:** - Upload any commercial lease or sales comp. - Submit expired leases to earn 1 credit each. - You don't need to be part of the transaction to submit a comp. - Submissions from any market are welcome. **Credit Breakdown:** - Credits can be used to unlock leases or sales in any market. - Check the breakdown below of required and premium data fields to see how many credits you can earn. **Processing Time:** - It typically takes 2-3 days for processing, depending on the file size, formatting, and our comp pipeline. **Bonus comp while you wait!** - Upload your comps directly on the CompStak website to get one free comp immediately. - Our analysts will review and verify your comps, and you'll receive your credits once this process is complete. Premium fields — a lease comp containing all 3 fields below is worth extra credits: TI value / work value (PSF) (e.g. $43), free rent, transaction type (e.g. renewal). **Sale Comp** Required fields — each comp must include all of the following details: - Full address, buyer, seller, transaction date, transaction size (SqFt), price / price PSF ($PSF). Premium fields — a sale comp containing at least 2 of the fields below is worth extra credits: Cap rate, NOI / NOI PSF, opex / opex PSF.
