Monitor recent, market-moving, notable lease and sales transactions
You can adjust your views based on recency, size, most views, and even filter by your previously saved searches to get a custom view.
Lease Activity:
- All Recent – This tab contains new and updated deals for your selected filters. It is displayed in reverse chronological order.
- Recently Signed - This tab contains recently signed deals for your selected filters. It is displayed in reverse chronological order.
- Recently Updated - This tab contains existing deals that have been recently updated. It is based on your selected filters and is displayed in reverse chronological order.
- New On CompStak – This tab contains newly added comps based on your selected filters. It may include historical comps that are newly available on CompStak Exchange and is displayed in reverse chronological order.
- Large Leases – This tab contains the largest deals based on square footage that have closed in the last 12 months. It is based on your selected filters.
- Most Viewed – This tab contains the most viewed leases on CompStak Exchange over the last six months and based on your selected filters.
Sales Activity:
- All Recent – This tab contains new and updated transactions for your selected filters. It is displayed in reverse chronological order.
- Recently Signed - This tab contains recently closed transactions based on the execution date and your selected filters. It is displayed in reverse chronological order.
- Recently Updated - This tab contains existing transactions that have been recently updated. It is based on your selected filters and is displayed in reverse chronological order.
- New On CompStak – This tab contains newly added transactions based on your selected filters. It may include historical transactions that are newly available on CompStak Exchange and is displayed in reverse chronological order.
