Credit system
Processing time is dependent on the size of the file, formatting, and our comp pipeline. The typical processing time is 2-3 days.
If you upload your comps directly onto the CompStak website you will receive one free comp immediately!
This is in addition to the credits you will receive for the data you upload. Our analysts will review your comps and verify them, and you will receive your credits once this process is complete. Processing time is dependent on the size of the file, formatting, and our comp pipeline. Typically processing time is 2-3 days. If you have any questions regarding submissions, credits, or submission requirements, please refer to the Support Center for our contact info. The number of credits you’ll receive depends on several factors:
Lease Comps:
- Transaction dates older than 12 months: 5 credits
- Transaction dates in the past 12 months, containing only basic required fields: 25 credits
- Transaction dates in the past 12 months, containing required and premium fields: 30 credits
- Expired or duplicated lease comps: 1 credit (Duplicated: other members have already submitted these comps)
- Lease comps missing required fields: 0 credits
Sales Comps:
- Transaction dates older than 12 months: 5 credits
- Transaction dates in the past 12 months, containing only basic required fields: 25 credits
- Transaction dates in the past 12 months, containing required and premium fields: 30 credits
- Expired or duplicated lease comps: 1 credit (Duplicated: the sales comp already appears in our database)
- Sales comps missing required fields: 0 credits
