What is Tenant Info?
Members of the CompStak Exchange platform now have access to key Tenant information* on every lease comp. The fields include HQ address, employee count, company revenue -- and many more!
Accessing Tenant Information on CompStak Exchange
Tenant information can be viewed in one of two ways:
1. Lease comp table view:
Tenant Information is displayed in the “Tenant Ownership” column. This table can be arranged in any way that you wish, allowing you to see the information that matters to you at first glance. Your preferred column arrangement will remain the same every time you log in unless you reset them back to the default view.
2. Lease comp detailed view:
To access Tenant information for specific leases, click on the desired comp. This will take you to the Lease Comp Detailed View, which will show you information such as HQ address, phone number, tenant industry, and ticker symbols.
