It is rare for members to lose credits but there are a few exceptions.
Credits will never expire, but if a comp is flagged by our research team as inaccurate and they update the information, the submitter will lose credits for the corrected attribute, usually a very minimal amount.

Submitting incorrect/erroneous data

Submitting data from another data provider

Member requests data they submitted to be removed.
If all of the info in the comp is incorrect, all credits earned for the comp will be removed.
If a submitted file is found to be directly from another competitive data provider, all of the files will be removed and credits lost.
Lastly, a member will lose comps if he/she requests us to remove their submitted comps from the platform, and they are the only one to have submitted the deal.
